One Winter Evening [Christmas Special Part 2]

I woke up to the sound of Ash's voice. He had a winter jacket on... It wasn't too thick and it wasn't too thin. It fit him just right... 
"Wake up! We need to get to the top of Mt. Silver!" he yelled
"Why? It's 10 in the morning!" I yelled back in exhaustion 
"You don't want to go skiing?!"
"Uh... I don't know... I don't want to get hurt on my vacation." 
 "Come on! You know what, I'll go down with you, okay?" He said
"Okay..."
So I got my jacket and headed out with all my friends. I was actually kinda scared to go skiing... But I knew Ash was going with me. Even though he probably couldn't save me even if his life depended on it, I felt just a little bit more safe. 
So we got to the top and waited for everyone to go down. I was really terrified, but Ash taught me step by step.
"Okay, now keep your balance." Ash informed me
"I didn't know you knew so much about skiing..." I said
"It's just one of my talents."
With that, he brought me down. It was actually pretty fun. Until Gary decided to bring us back up to go sledding. I was a steep mountain... How could we sled down that?
"Look at Gary go!" Ash yelled as he watched Gary and Blue go down the mountain.
"Are you gonna go down?"
"Uh. Yeah!"
"Your scared... aren't you?"
"No! To prove it, I'm going down... And your coming too!"
Ash grabbed my jacket and sat me down. I was more terrified this time. I think Ash was too, but he was definitely being brave. 
We started to go down super fast. And I was closing my eyes tight hoping that we wouldn't run into something. Ash was trying to steer it, but he couldn't. The sled capsized and Ash and I fell into the woods. We laid there in shock...Then... Out of nowhere, we started laughing. I know it was probably the scariest thing that's ever happened to me, but it was also the really fun. And I'd probably do it again...
So we kept laughing until everyone came to help us up.  
"OMG! Are you guys okay?" May yelled 
"Yeah... That was actually more fun than I was expecting it to be..." Ash responded
"We should get back to the resort. I heard there was a Jacuzzi there." Cilan said
"Yeah, your right Cilan. Come on guys, lets go." Gary replied 

So we got back to our rooms and settled in. For some reason, the girls kept whispering to the others leaving me out of their conversation.
"H-Hey, what are you talking about?" I asked
"Nothing, we were just thinking about you and Ash." Blue murmured
"What about Ash and I?" 
"Well, it's just that you two are really close..." May said
"Yeah... And that you two look like the perfect couple." Dawn added
"What!? Ash and I are just friends... And we will stay friends." 
"Hey girls!" Ash yells as he walks in with Drew
"Hey!" everyone yelled
"Hey May, can I talk to you for a sec?" Drew asked
"Uh... Okay!" May replied

I was kinda sweating. They had just mentioned Ash and I right when he walked in. I wonder if he heard any of that stuff. I've liked him for a long time, but I don't think he's into relationships. I just hope he didn't hear any of that... Wait... It's been ten minutes. Where's May and Drew?
