Competition [Part 1]

"Its been so long since I've seen him! Its been like 3 years... I'm so excited! I finally get to see him for the first time since he left for Unova!" I shouted while getting my shirt on
"Good for you Misty! So... are you going to dress up?" said May
"Nah.. Ash isn't that kinda guy that likes flashy girls.."
"Your right... he's more of a truthful guy." May tells me.
"He should be coming any second now." I say as I look out the window.
"Don't worry Misty!" she yells, "He'll come when he's ready.."

 The phone rings and I race over to it and pick it up. It was Ms. Ketchum...
"Hi Ms. Ketchum!"
"Hi Dear! I was going to tell you that he's just going to come strait here at my house."
"Oh..Okay! Thanks Ms. Ketchum!"

I hang up feeling like I had wasted an hour of my day waiting for him. 

"May!!! We NEED to get to Ash's house! NOW!" I scream trying to find my jacket.
"Okay! Okay! Calm Down.. I'll get the keys." she murmured

On our way to Ash's house was really getting me excited. I wonder what he looks like? Is his hair longer? Did Pikachu evolve? Well, I guess I'll find out... 
As we pull up to the curb, I start screaming inside. I couldn't stop smiling! When I get out, Ash runs outside and gives me a hug...
   
"Misty!!" he shouts
"Hey Ash.. It's been awhile hasn't it?"
"Yah! I missed you! How long has it been?" He asked

I kinda blushed when I heard he missed me...
"It's been about three years! And I-I missed you t-too!!"
I noticed a girl in the window watching me.. she looked angry.. she scared me.
She had Navy Blue hair that was really big. And I think I saw a Pokemon in her hair too!
EW! weird..

"Hi to you too Ash!" May says sarcastically
"Oh! Hi May! So anyways.. you guys should come inside! Come on and meet my new friends!

Oh Boy.. please tell me that scary girl in the window is not his friend. PLEASE! I was praying that girl wasn't his friend.. but I guess my prayer didn't work.

"Misty, meet Iris and Cilan! I met them while traveling in Unova.."

So that's her name.. Iris. She gave me a fake smile while Cilan politely introduced himself...
I don't think she likes me.. I mean it's pretty obvious... but why? She just met me...



" So... your the Misty girl Ash was talking about?" She asks me.
"Uh.. Yah!" I try to say nicely.
"Ugh! Okay... four simple words for you.. STAY. AWAY. FROM. ASH. Got it?"
"Excuse me?! You've only known him for like three months! Ash is MINE!"
"WHY YOU LITTLE -" she yelled while being interrupted 
 "Hey girls, you okay? you two seem uneven.." Ash asks
"NEVER BETTER NEVER BETTER!!" we both reply

"YOUR ON!" I whisper to Iris...
